Our aged wood flooring Oxford project is a work of art! Aidan Meller’s principal art gallery in Oxford is familiar with housing beautiful creations, from the Pre-Raphaelites to Picasso and the Bloomsbury Set…and the gallery also houses a permanent work of art, right under your feet.

The “antique” flooring throughout the gallery is made of New French Oak and according to Aidan’s creative specifications has been hand-crafted in our workshop to give the worn look. Our expert team recreated everything from scratches and scrapes to imitation worm-scarring. Aidan even requested a few squeaky boards for realism!
